MADAME TABOIS

Mme Tabois lived in Southwold in the 1930s and seems to have been an artist with a studio near the harbour. Does anyone know anything about her? It has been suggested that she may have been a part-time Art teacher at Saint Felix and it is known that she was friendly with Brenda Salkeld (PE teacher and close friend of George Orwell).
